Green NYC

On April 23, 2008, The Building Green 2008 Expo & Workshop will be held at Pier Sixty in Lower Manhattan. This Green Building Expo & Workshop is an innovative event that will complement NYS Green Building Initiatives on energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. This event will provide networking and educational opportunities for Developers, General Contractors, Construction Managers, Trade Contractors, Suppliers, Government Agencies and various Vendors related to Building Green Initiatives.

There will also be a Leadership in Energy Efficiency Design (LEED) Workshop in conjunction with the Expo, where leaders of the Green industry will be present to discuss the importance of getting contractors LEED Ready.
